My Morning -> Afternoon
Waking up early around 5am today, I worked through some crypto finances and work watching my Fear the Walking Dead Season Five, and made some breakfast with coffee to watch another shortly thereafter!
Checking outside, it was clear that our big storm had begun;
And the winds and storm to follow -
But, interesting enough, it is supposed to reach 15, 16°C before noon today!
A very interesting storm indeed
During a short break in the rain, I went out for a walk to see a surreal amount of fog.
Below, see the lighting brightening up my photo;
And the sheer density and darkness of that same fog without lighting here;
After arriving back, I relaxed for a while and watched some YouTube and my TV show, and then decided to go on a walk as the sun began peeking through the fog,
And so, trekked through the forest,
And came across some overland flooding in multiple places as I entered Streetsville;
To the Credit River to check out the height of the banks!
And high and fast-flowing it t'was!
I love coming here for a nice view and walk sometimes,
The artwork is beautiful,
And the old mill ruins, even more;
Onward, I ventured, across the river bridge,
Trying to snag a picture directly facing the sun,
And entering the David J. Culhan Trailway
Heading down toward the opposite side of the Credit River,
And playing around with some of my phone lens' before reaching the bottom -
And boy was that water moving fast!
Finishing up my walk, I got a beautiful view of the trees with the sun peeking through;
Passing downtown Streetsville (but not being able to snap a picture to the horizon downtown due to the sunlight being now too bright) and snapping a shot;
And after, happily, I put my electronics away and enjoyed my music for the remainder of my walk back once I reached the roadway :)
I did capture a few nice photos of the sun when I was going through some fields however,
And the sun shone down on me beautifully as I ended off my long walk;
And it was a long one!
My Afternoon -> Evening
Arriving home around noon, I prepared some lunch and sat back to Season Five of my Amazon Prime Video's AMC+ Channel Fear the Walking Dead for a short while!
As the day progressed, it got windier and windier. From 10km/hr to 80km/hr sustained in about two hours - which was quite impressive.
Watching my show still, I was comfy in the warmth of my home :)
And lounging around for quite a while, I put on some comfywear and binged some more shows and such for the remainder of my evening.
I did make a roast, of note however, for dinner. That was quite good.
